Summer's Funeral

We hosted a funeral for summer and a welcoming to autumn. Symbolic deaths are as important as physical deaths, and we give space to both at Cafe Mortel. 

​

We collaborated with Ariel McQueen for the menu of a set menu of 3 courses inspired in the nostalgia we have of summer in August, including strawberries, figs and lavender.

Summer ends, as everything does.
