BECOME STARDUST
In collaboration with Innerstela, founded by visual artist Gabriela Reyes Fuchs, Cafe Mortel presents an intimate exploration of the universe within.
Through specialized microscopy, Fuchs discovered that cremation ashes reveal an extraordinary microcosmos – each unique composition creating celestial-like formations in vibrant hues of orange, red, yellow, and blue.
This profound artistic process transforms earthly remains into ethereal photography, revealing the cosmic nature that exists within us all. Each image is singular and unrepeatable, a testament to the individual's unique essence captured through the lens of both science and art.
