DEATH COACHING

Death Coaching | Cafe Mortel

Private Deathstyle Sessions

Guided by cultural thinker Ruby Cohen Love, founder of Cafe Mortel

Through a considered methodology drawing from contemporary culture and death studies, these private sessions create space to explore life's most profound transitions. Our approach offers a meaningful dialogue about how understanding loss and mortality can lead to living with greater intention.

Our Exploration Includes:

• The Architecture of Loss – Understanding grief and transition, whether from bereavement, relationship endings, aging, or life changes

• Legacy Design – Exploring what we want to leave behind and how we want to be remembered

• Fear as Gateway – Working with death anxiety and uncertainty

• The Art of Preparedness – Creating meaning from our experiences of loss

Our Perspective:

Life is shaped by experiences of endings and beginnings - from the loss of loved ones to changing relationships, from career transitions to evolving identities. These experiences, while challenging, can deepen our understanding of what matters most. Through these sessions, we create a structured, safe space to examine these real concerns and discover how facing them can enrich our present life.

Format:
Initial series of six private sessions across three months, with the flexibility to continue our dialogue based on your evolving intentions and explorations. Each consultation is tailored to your unique relationship with mortality and life design.

Begin with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to discuss options and pricing.
